ModelCraftlyPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what ModelCraftly, a product of Nolvion LLC ("we", "us"), collects when you join the early-access list at modelcraftly.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep this short because the signup collects very little.
What we collect
- Your email address — the one you enter to join the list.
- Consent and signup details — the date and time you signed up, your IP address at that moment, the exact consent wording you were shown, and which page version you used. We keep these so we can show, if asked, that you chose to join.
- Basic technical data — IP address and browser user-agent of requests, used to prevent abuse and spam of the form.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this signup site. Your browser stores a single preference (light or dark theme) on your own device; that never reaches us.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To send you a confirmation email so we only add addresses their owner actually confirmed (double opt-in).
- To send you one launch email when the beta opens, and nothing else, unless you reply to us.
- To keep the list free of spam and abuse.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming your email, and which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Who processes it
We use a third-party email delivery provider to send the confirmation and launch emails. That provider processes your email address on our behalf solely to deliver our mail to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing, and we never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and signup details until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a minimal suppression record (so we don't email you again) and delete the rest within a reasonable period. If the product is discontinued, we delete the list.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly and permanently.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
- To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected]. We respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided us an email, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and international transfers
We protect the list with reasonable technical and organizational measures and limit who can access it. We are based in the United States; if you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes before launch, note it on this page.
