These terms apply to the ModelCraftly early-access website at modelcraftly.com, operated by Nolvion LLC ("we", "us"). By joining the list you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.

The early-access list

Joining the list means we'll email you to confirm your address and, once, when the beta opens. Being on the list is not a purchase, a contract for the product, or a guarantee that the beta will launch on any particular date, that you will receive access, or that any feature, plan, or price described here will be offered. The product is in active development, and details may change.

Founding-member offer

Any "founding member" or early-pricing offer we mention is a limited, good-faith intention, not a binding commitment. If we offer it, its final terms (including how many spots and what price) will be stated at launch and will control. We may change or withdraw a planned offer before launch.

Email communications

You consent to receive the confirmation and launch emails described in our Privacy Policy. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, which we honor promptly and permanently.

Acceptable use

Don't submit an email address that isn't yours or that you're not allowed to use, don't try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The ModelCraftly and Nolvion names, logos, text, and design on this site are ours. Joining the list gives you no license to them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nolvion LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to it will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
